I’m heading to the Dominican Republic a week from today.  I am very excited!  The familiarization trip I am attending is by invite only that is based on your wedding productivity with the AmResorts brand.  I made the cut with flying colors!  I will spend five days touring all 8 of the resorts in the Dominican Republic.  I will stay at four different resorts and taking day trips to the other resorts.  The Director of Romance is also taking us on an excursion to experience the exotic side of the island.

Each of the resorts that are hosting our small group, will be putting together a wedding ceremony and reception set up.  We will tour the resorts, meeting the wedding coordinator teams at each, and checking out all the intimate spots for ceremonies, cocktail hour, best photo locals, and reception set ups.  I couldn’t be more excited to see all that I can see and bring this knowledge back to all of my brides.

The first resort that I am staying at is located in La Romana area of the Dominican Republic.  Dreams La Romana will host us for the first night.  We will arrive and tour the resort and then have a group welcome dinner.
