Stretching down the Yucatán Peninsula’s Caribbean coast lies the Riviera Maya, also known as the Mayan Riviera. The Riviera Maya coastline stretches from the southern end of bustling Cancun to the north, down south to the Mayan Ruins in Tulum, and in the center of the coastline, the once sleepy fishing village turned popular city of Playa del Carmen.
The coastline today is dotted with an abundance of all-inclusive resorts as well as smaller boutique hotels perched on the idyllic sandy beaches, this coastline is most historically notable for its Mayan past. The pre-Hispanic civilization lived throughout this region and the impressive archeological ruins remain a popular tourist attraction today including Tulum and Chichen Itza
The northern stretch of the coastline extending from Playa del Carmen up to the southern end of Cancun is most heavily occupied with resorts, but the southern end of the coast stretching toward Tulum is home to smaller villages and resorts that are bit more spread out along the less crowded beaches. The most popular activities for visitors to this region include visiting the Mayan ruins, eco-tourism parks including Xcaret and Xel-Ha, snorkeling along the expansive barrier coral reef, golfing and of course soaking up the sun on the relaxing beaches.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of your trip; if it isn’t, please renew it promptly.

Roundtrip airport transfers are included in your package.
For private roundtrip airport transfers it is an additional $134 per reservation up to 6 passengers.
Insurance
Cancellation Penalties:
$50 per person USD deposit is an agency fee and is nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance is nonrefundable.
If you do not purchase the travel insurance, full amount paid on the reservation is nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance (Only for US Citizens): Destinations by Amy strongly suggests the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit to reap all of its benefits. It is Cancel For Any Reason insurance and helps with baggage and weather protection. This travel protection also assists with changes and fees from booking through travel. What is included in my package?
The pricing includes round-trip airport transfers to and from Cancun International Airport, all-inclusive accommodations, all meals, snacks, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment, and much more on resort as well as all taxes. This is a land only package and does not include the cost of round-trip airfare.

Why should I book my travel with Destinations by Amy?
The bride and groom have put their trust in us to plan a successful destination wedding for them. The best way for us to manage their wedding plans is to book and manage every reservation so we can coordinate each detail of the wedding event. This relieves stress for the bride and groom and all of their guests.

Can I stay at a different resort?
The bride and groom have already set aside a room block and signed a contract for those rooms. Rooms booked outside of their block do not count towards fulfilling their contract.
