Accommodations: A group of rooms has been reserved through Funjet Vacations for the guests of Monika and Mike’s Destination Wedding at the Iberostar Bavaro Suites. This is a land/air package. The pricing includes round-trip airfare from O’Hare International Airport on Frontier Airlines, round-trip airport transfers to and from Punta Cana International Airport, all-inclusive accommodations, all meals, snacks, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment, and much more on resort as well as all taxes. Booking together as a group is the most cost effective for all traveling and is the most organized way to travel. The team at Destinations by Amy looks forward to making sure the entire group is carefree and enjoys an effortless and memorable time while traveling.

Airport Transfers: Round-trip, shared airport transfers are included in your package. Upon arrival at the Punta Cana airport, a representative of Island Sun will meet you outside the terminal and direct you to your shared vehicle. Pick up times are scheduled per your flight arrival times. For your return flight, your transfers will pick you up at the Iberostar Bavaro Suites approximately 3 hours prior to departure.

Charter, round-trip air is being held for the guests of Monika and Mike’s Destination Wedding on Frontier Airlines departing from Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Twenty seats are being held for a seven night stay departing on 6//20/18 and returning on 6/27/18. Twenty seats are also being held for a four night stay departing on 6/21/18 and returning on 6/25/18.  Pricing is included in the air/land pricing below.

If you book your airfare on your own, proper flight information must be provided to Destinations by Amy and must include the following: names of each passenger as shown on their passport, airline, dates of travel, flight numbers, departure & layover airports, departure and arrival times, and record locator. Forwarding your confirmation directly from the airline to Destinations by Amy will allow for all of this information to be provided correctly to our travel providers. Current air information is crucial for the on time arrangement of your round-trip airport transfers. Please note that pricing shown below will differ should you choose to make your own air reservations. Contact our Travel Specialist, Kate, for exact details.

Travel Insurance: Destinations by Amy strongly suggests the purchase of travel insurance. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit to reap all of its benefits. It is Cancel For Any Reason insurance and helps with baggage and weather protection. This travel protection also assists with changes and fees from booking through travel. Room Cancellation Policy: When you purchase the Funjet Vacations Travel Insurance as listed above, you may cancel right up until your departure for a full refund. If you choose not to purchase the travel insurance, the cancellation policy is as follows:

If you see a less expensive price for the exact package – dates, airline, airline times, taxes, insurance, transfers, etc. – give us the opportunity to work with you to see if we can get the same price. This way we can book your reservation and you can become part of the wedding party. Online prices usually do not include all that we have negotiated for the group.
